FPW’s complex technology allows us to produce intumesced, fully cross linked thermoset resins based materials, such as epoxies. This technology is fully homegrown and’ first in the world’. Coordination complexes based on transitional metals have enabled the development of our new suit of  MD -VTEC and MD – LINC Technologies. Salts of such complexes with anions, having thermal resistive qualities are particularly preferred. These complexes include six ligands which are directly attached to a metal ion and are regarded as bonded to. After extensive development over the past 24 months, we have been able to verify our pure research to enable us to benchmark and demonstrate the paradigm shift achieved over the conventional technologies products currently being commercialised in the industry.

We have been able to develop this technology which is producing outstanding results and allowing us to develop new and emerging technology breakthroughs. Our coordination technology complex can be used with a host of hybrids based technology binder systems, which can be incorporated into most protective coating formulation to enhance properties to deliver next generation products for the client. For example, in intumescent systems, the foaming potential can be significantly improved enabling the formation of inherent matrix structure and eliminating need for external reinforcing meshes, while the temperature of activation of intumescence is not adversely affected.
